I'll put in a good word for the Greater Niagara Circle Route.
It's a wonderful 150 mile circle from Lake Ontario to Lake Erie, travelling along the Niagara River in one direction and the Welland Canal in the other, and jogging along the shoreline of the two Great Lakes.
There are lots of places to enter and exit the trail, and many spots to eat, rest or view.
